IFA - Ethics & Boards Sustainable Governance Barometer 2023

For this 7th edition of our annual post-AG barometer of SBF 120 boards, we analyze the evolution of French 120 largest listed companies' governance since 2015. Using data to objectivize the analysis, this barometer shows that France is making progress and outpacing its major neighbors in Europe, in terms of sustainable governance - setting up CSR/ESG committees, transformative strategy in favor of climate and the environment, actions in favor of gender diversity - and the results of these commitments.
