Publication of 2026 European Corporate Governance Barometer

We are pleased to share the second edition of the European Corporate Governance Barometer, published in partnership with ecoDa, the European Confederation of Directors’ Associations representing national institutes of directors across Europe.

The Barometer analyses governance practices across STOXX Europe 600 and S&P 100 companies, covering board structure, diversity, composition, committees, remuneration (Eurozone 300 vs FTSE 100) and board evaluation within Eurozone 300.
