We had the pleasure of taking part in the 2026 Diversity Awards evening, organised by WAVE Les Elles de l’Auto, an event that highlights companies and stakeholders committed to advancing gender diversity in the automotive and mobility sectors.

On this occasion, Ethics & Boards presented the key findings of the 13th Barometer on the Feminisation of Leadership Bodies, which analyses the evolution of gender diversity within boards of directors and executive committees in the automotive sector.
