Floriane de Saint Pierre, our Founder and Chair, spoke at the “Women and Finance” roundtable organized by AEFR – Europe Finance Regulation Association on the occasion of the release of issue no. 157 of the Revue d’Économie Financière. Alongside other speakers who contributed articles to this issue, she shared data highlighting the positive progress in the feminization of governance bodies within listed companies, particularly emphasizing the financial and non-financial performance of companies with more gender-diverse executive committees.

On March 25, Floriane de Saint Pierre, our president, spoke at the Think & Do Tank Marie Claire - Acting for Equality, organized by Marie Claire at MEDEF. The event focused on a critical theme: "More Women at the Head of Organizations."

During the webinar celebrating the 20th anniversary of ecoDa (The European Confederation of Directors Associations), dedicated to the central theme of EU competitiveness and corporate governance, Constance d'Aspremont, our CEO, provided an in-depth analysis of key corporate governance trends over the past two decades. Her insights were based on companies from the Eurozone 300 and Stoxx Europe 600, with a comparative perspective on S&P 100 companies.

On March 6, the Institut Français des Administrateurs (IFA) and Sciences Po Executive Education hosted the first morning session of the year 2025 for certified directors of the Corporate Director Certificate (CAS).

Casablanca, December 11, 2024 – The second edition of the Responsible Governance Barometer was presented yesterday, the result of a partnership between the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM), the Club of Women Administrators (CFA Maroc), the Moroccan Institute of Administrators (IMA) and Ethics & Boards.
