Last week, we had the pleasure of participating in the Annual General Meeting of APIA (Administrateurs Professionnels Indépendants Associés), hosted by Business France, during a panel discussion on the governance of SMEs, mid-sized companies and family-owned businesses across Europe.
On this occasion, David Risser, CEO of Ethics & Boards, shared key insights from our study covering more than 400 companies listed on Euronext Paris below the SBF 120. The study shows that more than two-thirds of these companies are controlled companies, while 58% are family-owned businesses.
